Limitless Toronto 2027 takes place May 2–5, 2027 in Toronto.

Programming begins on the evening of Sunday, May 2, with departure anytime on Wednesday, May 5.

Limitless will take place across multiple locations in Toronto, including Travel Edge and our official host hotels, Park Hyatt Toronto and W Toronto. Your final itinerary will include all locations and transportation details you need.

More detailed programming and your personalized itinerary will be shared closer to the event. Keep an eye on your inbox and this website for updates. 

There is a $250 refundable registration deposit required to secure your place at Limitless Toronto 2027. The $250 deposit will be fully refunded following your attendance at the event. If you cancel your registration or are unable to attend, the deposit will be retained. 

Your registration deposit will be refunded following Limitless Toronto 2027. Please allow time after the event for the refund to be processed and returned to your original method of payment. 

We strongly encourage Advisors to stay at one of our two official Limitless host hotels:

Park Hyatt Toronto
$499 CAD per night, plus applicable taxes and fees

W Toronto
$375 CAD per night, plus applicable taxes and fees

Special Limitless room blocks have been secured at both properties.

Limitless extends beyond our daytime programming. Both host hotels will be part of the Limitless experience, with breakfast and an evening event taking place at each property.

Staying within the official hotel block means you’ll be conveniently located for event programming while taking advantage of our negotiated Limitless rates.

No. Advisors are responsible for booking and paying for their own hotel accommodations. 

Please use the official Limitless booking links provided on this website to ensure your reservation is included within our event room block and receives the negotiated rate. 

Yes! Advisors who book their room through an official Limitless hotel block by October 15, 2026 will be entered for a chance to win a complimentary hotel room upgrade during Limitless.* 

Rooms within our blocks are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking early. 

Yes, however, we strongly encourage staying at one of the official Limitless host hotels. Limitless programming will take place at both properties, making them the most convenient way to experience the event. 

Advisors staying elsewhere will be responsible for getting themselves to the designated event locations as required. 

Absolutely. Our preferred Limitless rates at both the Park Hyatt Toronto and W Toronto are available for up to three nights before and three nights after the event, subject to availability. 

It’s a great opportunity to arrive early, stay a little longer and enjoy more of Toronto.

No. Advisors are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to and from Toronto.

Reservations and ticketing 

1. Must adhere to TSA regulations and Secure Flight Passenger Data guidelines.

2. Meeting Ticket Designator/Meeting Code to be provided along with booking.  Please allow up to 5 business days for receipt of Meeting Ticket Designator/Meeting Code.

3. Tickets must be issued on 006 ticket stock and reflect the applicable Branded Fare basis and Meeting Code.

4. Once ticketed, if changes occur, an administrative fee may apply in addition to any difference in the Branded Fares.
