When and where is the Travel Edge Limitless Unscripted event taking place?

The event will be hosted at Resorts World Las Vegas. Programming begins with a welcome dinner on Sunday, May 3rd, followed by education and networking on Monday, May 4th, ending shortly before the opening of the Ensemble Horizons event at 5:00pm. We’ll also be hosting a pop-up cocktail gathering on Tuesday, May 5th, ahead of the Ensemble evening program.

How do I register for the conference?

Advisors can register here and partners can register here, or on our event website by following the registration instructions. Spots are limited so be sure to sign up soon!

What is included in my registration?

For advisors, your registration has no fee, and includes event meals, access to all sessions, networking, and our Sunday evening event. Hotel, flights, and transfers will be at your own cost. Note, Ensemble registration for Horizons May 4th-7th is separate, and can be booked here.

Is there a registration deadline?

Registrations are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to register early to secure your spot.

Can I attend the event virtually?

No, we will not be recording this event for virtual attendance.

Can I bring a guest?

No, this event is exclusively for registered advisors and partners, and guests are not permitted to attend the event.

What is the event cancellation policy?

For Ensemble Horizons, as outlined in the code of conduct during registration and available on their website, any cancellations after April 4th, 2026, will incur a penalty of 100% of the registration fee.

Hotel rooms must be cancelled directly with Resorts World. No cancellations or refunds will be given after April 4th, 2026.

While there is no cost to attend the Travel Edge Limitless Unscripted event, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations by April 4th, 2026, or as early as possible. This ensures we can plan accordingly and extend invitations to other advisors if needed.

How do I book a hotel room at the conference rate?

Ensemble have secured a room block at Resorts World with special rates for conference attendees. To book your room, click here.

Rooms must be booked by April 4th, 2026. After that date, rooms are subject to hotel current pricing if the contract rate is no longer available. Current pricing will be given in the hotel booking path.

How much is the hotel?

Hilton Las Vegas – $195 USD per night*

Conrad Las Vegas – $225 USD per night*

* Rates are based on a standard room for May 4th–6th, excludes $40/night resort fee, taxes, and fees. Upgrades and pre/post nights are subject to availability and additional charges.

Does the hotel require prepayment or just a credit card guarantee?

Resorts World requires a credit card at time of booking and will charge the first night’s room, tax, and resort fee.

Can attendees book a different hotel?

Yes, attendees are welcome to arrange their own accommodations, but we recommend staying at the designated event hotel Resorts World, to make the most of networking opportunities and event amenities.

Does Travel Edge arrange transport to and from the airport?

No, Travel Edge does not provide airport transportation. However, local transportation options, such as taxis, Ubers, and Lyft, are available.

When should I plan to arrive?

We suggest arriving any time before 5:00pm on Sunday, May 3rd. Check-in at Resorts World is at 4:00pm. Limitless Unscripted begins with our evening event at 6:00pm on Sunday, May 3rd. If staying for the full Ensemble Horizons event, the last event is an evening celebration on Wednesday, May 6th ending late. Departures can be any time on Thursday, May 7th, check-out at Resorts World is at 11:00am.

What are the daily event timings?

For Travel Edge Limitless Unscripted, you can look forward to an evening welcome event on Sunday, May 3rd, from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, a full day of programming on Monday, May 4th from 10:00am to 3:00pm, and a happy hour pop-up on Tuesday, May 5th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. A detailed daily agenda will be shared closer to the event.

Are all meals included for the Travel Edge event? If not, which ones are on my own?

Most meals will be included throughout our event. On Sunday, May 3rd, dinner will be provided. Monday, May 4th features brunch, afternoon snacks, and an evening meal for those attending Ensemble Horizons. For the remainder of the week, meals will continue to be covered as part of the Ensemble Horizons program. Any exceptions or meals not included will be clearly noted in the agenda.

What is the dress code? Are there themed evenings?

The general conference dress code is business casual. For evening events, smart business or elegant attire is recommended, with any Ensemble Horizons evening event themes disclosed on their event website.

Will there be 1:1 networking appointments at Travel Edge Limitless Unscripted?

No, Travel Edge Limitless Unscripted will not include formal 1:1 appointments. Ensemble Horizons will be hosting these within their conference agenda. At the Travel Edge event, we’ll be offering a variety of engaging networking opportunities designed to connect advisors and partners in dynamic, meaningful ways – just not in a scheduled 1:1 format.

What will the weather be like in early May in Las Vegas?

In early May, Las Vegas typically enjoys warm, sunny weather with daytime highs around 80–85°F (27–29°C) and cooler evenings averaging 60–65°F (15–18°C). We recommend bringing light, breathable clothing for the daytime along with a light jacket or sweater for the evenings, as indoor venues can also be air-conditioned.

Will the name badges indicate if the individual is a supplier or an agent?

Yes, name badges will display whether the attendee is a partner or an advisor to facilitate easier networking.

Will there be an event app for Travel Edge Limitless Unscripted?

No, Travel Edge Limitless Unscripted will not have a standalone event app. Ensemble Horizons will provide a conference app for their program, and your full Travel Edge agenda will also be available there for easy access.
