Elizabeth did an excellent job coordinating our hotels, tours and transportation for our Italy trip. She was very responsive to our requests, handled our changes with great patience and flexibility and made excellent recommendations for our trip. I've worked with folks at Virtuoso before but this was my first time with Elizabeth. We booked travel to Nizuc Resort in Cancun. We spoke over the phone initially, and then communicated the remainder of our planning over email and I could tell after our first conversation that she was on top of it! We took an amazing, much needed five days at the Rosewood Mayakoba in April 2017. This place exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Maybe it's because of the 2 kids under 2 that we left at home, but moreso I think it was our confidence that Elizabeth wouldn't steer us wrong. Oh, and once there - all the rooms are spacious and face either the lagoons or the beach, there is nature all around you, there is a "butler" with app to access him/her - out of soap? ask. out of chardonnay? ask. need a dinner reservation or an excursion last minute? just ask. Beautiful beach club with pool, dining and drinks - and nice clientele - a mix of families and adults only. Had dinner one night at the Banyan Tree. And played some golf at El Chameleon. Our family has worked with Elizabeth for at least 10 years on many trips - including a trip of a lifetime with my Dad to Africa. She does the research, knows her stuff, thinks of all the details - and you couldn't be in better travel hands!

Elizabeth was efficient, offered excellent choices of tours for my destination at the level of accommodations I was considering, and offered clear explanations about international travel when there were additional details to attend to, i.e. visas, transports. She was thorough in her research, even contacting local representatives to find a venue for some charitable donations we wanted to make upon arrival. I was extremely satisfied with my travel experience thanks to Elizabeth. I have planned with her another trip for this year!

I have never used virtuoso before but was recommended by a friend and was pleasantly surprised with the service offered. Feels a little strange not having met her in person but perhaps this is how we've adapted to the times. She responded to my inquiries within 1-2 business days. She let me know if she was going to be away for an extended period of time. I had a few inquiries and she was able to provide a pdf of various room rates in a timely fashion. The pdfs can get a little lengthy but everything is easily comparable. She even followed up with me a few days after I came back from vacation. I really appreciated that. Not only in this profession but wherever you're providing a service, attention to details is what truly sets you apart from the rest. I am not sure how virtuoso works in terms of can each agent book whatever you need or only specific agents can book for certain geographic areas. Overall I would highly recommend her and will be using her services in the future.

Elizabeth was very helpful contacting management at the hotel where I reserved a room for extended days before and after my Hawaii tour. She arranged for early checkin and upgraded my reserved room which was a wonderful surprise! She also recommended a tour company in Hawaii which was very reliable, punctual, and informative. Elizabeth made planning our honeymoon SO easy and painless. She was patient with me when I was indecisive. She always respected our budget and offered us multiple options within our price range. When there was a minor hiccup at one of our hotels she handled it so quickly and got us an amazing upgrade. Truly, our honeymoon would not have been as great if Elizabeth had not helped us! Elizabeth Clyde was very interested in providing the best experience for my grandson and me. She confirmed her ideas and knowledge about the Galapagos Islands adventure with another travel agent who had actually been on the same cruise. I felt my concerns and questions were well addressed before we departed. The planned cruise more than met my expectations. Elizabeth planned the airfare giving me plenty of time to negotiate the major airports with luggage in tow. She also had suggestions for making the layover in Guayaquil more comfortable and fun. I chose to try to get home without spending another night away. In hindsight, I will listen to my travel agent next time as Elizabeth does try to make one comfortable in all aspects of the journey!
